Suggested using with a cutting mat for long lasting blades. This item is a hole punch, it is great for sewing leather craft, paper, cutting rubber, plastic, etc.
Instructions:
Step 1: Remove the screw at the top of the drill, then insert the right size drill bit, and screw back on.
Step 2: Ensure that the pattern drill punch is kept vertical to the material, then use appropriate force to press the wooden handle down to create a perfect hole punch!
