Delivery Costs: TRACKED COURIER SERVICE

 Mainland UK: FREE if goods value is over £150 inc vat (otherwise charged at £7.99 inc vat, or £13 inc vat if buying heavy goods). Heavy goods are charged at £13 (incl VAT) per 2 heavy items, eg 1-2 rolls of calico is £13; 3-4 rolls is £23.98, and so on. Non-heavy items in the same order are included in the shipping heavy items shipping cost. “Extra Heavy Goods” costs applies on certain products.

 Scottish Highlands: Cost depends on weight and order value. 2-3 working day service. Please note we do not control what is considered “Scottish Highlands”. Zones are defined by DHL and unfortunately we have no say over which postcode belongs in which zone.

 Republic of Ireland & Isle of Scilly: Cost depends on weight and order value. 2-3 working day service. Please note we cannot ship products over 48″ wide to ROI customers

 International Orders: International shipping costs vary. Please add your items to your online bag, and shipping costs will get calculated based on weight. Additional surcharges may apply for extra parcels. There are certain items we cannot ship abroad – these will be marked as ‘UK shipping only’ in the product descriptions. Please note that refunds for returned/ undelivered items will only be issued once returned to our warehouse. Refunds will be made for the goods but not the carriage charges incurred. Customers wishing to order from countries that are not listed in our checkout, are requested to email us with their requirements to info@williamgee.co.uk. By purchasing from William Gee Ltd you agree to any additional fees or customs & import costs that may occur during transit or on receipt of your goods.

We aim to despatch orders by our vans or couriers immediately after payment has been made. We will only part despatch if there is a delivery delay on the balance of the order.

All non-Royal Mail orders are despatched by a signed-for courier service usually for delivery on the day after despatch. Everything is measured, cut, packed and despatched from our London despatch warehouse.

Royal Mail Post orders are a 5-7 working day delivery service and is an unsigned and untracked service. We recommend shipping by tracked courier which is a more reliable, faster service.
