Delivery Costs: TRACKED COURIER SERVICE

 Mainland UK: FREE if goods value is over £150 inc vat (otherwise charged at £7.99 inc vat, or £13 inc vat if buying heavy goods). Heavy goods are charged at £13 (incl VAT) per 2 heavy items, eg 1-2 rolls of calico is £13; 3-4 rolls is £23.98, and so on to a maximum of £90. Non-heavy items in the same order are included in the shipping heavy items shipping cost. “Extra Heavy Goods” costs applies on certain products.

 International Orders: International shipping costs vary. Please add your items to your online bag, and shipping costs will get calculated based on weight. Additional surcharges may apply for extra parcels. There are certain items we cannot ship abroad – these will be marked as ‘UK shipping only’ in the product descriptions. Please note that refunds for returned/ undelivered items will only be issued once returned to our warehouse. Refunds will be made for the goods but not the carriage charges incurred. We aim to despatch orders by our vans or couriers immediately after payment has been made. We will only part despatch if there is a delivery delay on the balance of the order.

All non-Royal Mail orders are despatched by a signed-for courier service usually for delivery on the day after despatch. Everything is measured, cut, packed and despatched from our London despatch warehouse.
