General Questions

Are all products in stock?
The majority of our products are always in stock, however there are times when we may run out of stock. We can generally source goods from our suppliers within a few days, so they arrive with you as quickly as possible. If something is out of stock, we’ll let you know as soon as possible by phone.
Can I buy goods over the phone?
Yes you can. In fact there are several ways you can place your order with us: You can buy online, over the phone (020 7254 2451), in-store (520-522 Kingsland Road, London E8 4AH), and by email. If ordering by email, please make sure you include your full delivery and billing details, as well as a contact number.
Do you send samples?
If you require samples of any products, please email us with your requirements.
What are the delivery charges?
We aim to despatch orders by our vans or couriers immediately after payment has been made. We will only part despatch if there is a delivery delay on the balance of the order.
All orders are despatched by a signed-for courier service usually for delivery on the day after despatch. Everything is measured, cut, packed and despatched from our London despatch warehouse.
We now offer free shipping on orders where the goods value is over £50*.
Royal Mail Post: £2.95 / 3.95 depending on weight. NOTE: Customers selecting Royal Mail postage, please be aware that this is an uninsured and untracked service, and is ordered at your own risk. If any such consignments go astray, we will not be able to refund these or offer a replacement. Customers are therefore advised to place orders using our regular carriers to avoid any risk of loss.
Mainland UK: FREE if goods value is over £50 (otherwise charged at £6.95, or £8.95 if buying heavy goods)
Scottish highlands: £14.95 (2-3 working day service)
Northern Ireland: £11.95 (2-3 working days)
Republic of Ireland & Isle of Scilly: £20 (3 working day service)
Channel Islands & Isle of Man: £18 (3 working day service)
Isle of Wight: £11.95
International Shipping: International shipping costs vary. Please add your items to your online bag, and shipping costs will get calculated based on weight. Customers wishing to order from countries that are not listed in our checkout, are requested to email us with their requirements to Additional surcharges may apply for extra parcels. There are certain items we cannot ship abroad – these will be marked as ‘UK shipping only’ in the product descriptions. Please note that refunds for returned/ undelivered items will only be issued once returned to our warehouse. Refunds will be made for the goods but not the carriage charges incurred.

What is the returns and exchanges policy?
Any item that has to be cut from a roll may not be returned on basis of colour. If you would like to return any item, please inform us before going ahead and returning, or your order won’t be handled correctly and you may not be subject to a refund.
Where is your shop located and what are the opening times?
Our shop is located at 520 Kingsland Road, Dalston, London E8 4AH.
We are open Mon – Fri, 9am – 5.30pm.
You do not stock what I am looking for!
We do everything we can to source supplies for people and companies throughout the UK, so we can get you the lowest price for your quality goods. Not everything that we supply is on our website yet, so please call us on 020 7254 2451 or email us to discuss your requirements for something not on the website.

My Order

I cannot access my account
Please go to the register/login page, and click on the ‘lost password’ link. Here, you’ll be prompted to enter your email address. You should then receive an email with a link to reset your password.
If you are still having trouble, please contact us on 020 7254 2451 or email us, and we’ll do all we can to help you retrieve your password.
I have not received an order confirmation email
When you place an order you will receive an automatic email confirming that we’ve received your order. E-mails will be sent from info @ All further emails will be sent from this address.
If you aren’t receiving our emails, please check your spam folder. Ensure that the email address info @ is added to your whitelist.
It is also possible that you may have mistyped your email address, so that the confirmation email cannot be delivered to you. If you think that this may be the case, please contact us (preferably by email) stating your name, email address, and postal address so we can look into the matter.
I need to add to or edit my order
In order to add or change your order, you must call us on 020 7254 2451 as soon as possible as we aim to despatch goods on the day the order is received.
I want my goods delivered to another address
This is no problem. Please specify this in the checkout, under ‘delivery address’.
My order has not arrived. Help!
Most orders should be received within 1-3 working days. Please contact us to check the status of your order. For orders in Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight and Scottish Highlands, please allow an extra day or so.
