Are all products in stock?
The majority of our products are always in stock, however there are times when we may run out of stock. We can generally source goods from our suppliers within a few days, so they arrive with you as quickly as possible. If something is out of stock, we’ll let you know as soon as possible by phone.
Can I buy goods over the phone?
Yes you can. In fact there are several ways you can place your order with us: You can buy online, over the phone (020 7254 2451), in-store (520-522 Kingsland Road, London E8 4AH), and by email. If ordering by email, please make sure you include your full delivery and billing details, as well as your contact number.
Do you send samples?
If you require samples of any products, please email us with your requirements.
What are the delivery charges?

What is the returns and exchanges policy?
Any item that has to be cut from a roll may not be returned on basis of colour. If you would like to return any item, please inform us before going ahead and returning, or your order won’t be handled correctly and you may not be subject to a refund.
Where is your shop located & what are the opening times?
Our shop is located at 520 Kingsland Road, Dalston, London E8 4AH. We are open Mon – Thursday, 9am – 5.30pm, and Friday 9am – 5.15pm. For more information click here.
You do not stock what I am looking for!
We do everything we can to source supplies for people and companies throughout the UK, so we can get you the lowest price for your quality goods. Not everything that we supply is on our website yet, so please call us on 020 7254 2451 or email us to discuss your requirements for something not on the website.
I cannot access my account!
Please go to the register/login page, and click on the ‘lost password’ link. Here, you’ll be prompted to enter your email address. You should then receive an email with a link to reset your password. If you are still having trouble, please contact us on 020 7254 2451 or email us and we’ll do all we can to help you retrieve your password.
I have not received an order confirmation email
When you place an order you will receive an automatic email confirming that we’ve received your order. E-mails will be sent from info @ williamgee.co.uk. All further emails will be sent from this address. If you aren’t receiving our emails, please check your spam folder. Ensure that the email address info @ williamgee.co.uk is added to your whitelist. It is also possible that you may have mistyped your email address, so that the confirmation email cannot be delivered to you. If you think that this may be the case, please contact us (preferably by email) stating your name, email address, and postal address so we can look into the matter.
I need to add to or edit my order
In order to add or change your order, you must call us on 020 7254 2451 as soon as possible as we aim to despatch goods on the day the order is received.
I want my goods delivered to another address
This is no problem. Please specify this in the checkout, under ‘delivery address’.
My order has not arrived. Help!
Most orders should be received within 1-3 working days when selecting our Tracked Courier Service. Royal Mail deliveries will take between 3-6 working days to arrive. Please contact us to check the status of your order if it is later than the days specified. For orders in Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight and Scottish Highlands, please allow an extra day or so.
