We understand that there are times when products just aren’t right.
If damages or shortages occur the Company should be notified within 3 working days of receipt. Please note that goods may be despatched in more than one parcel. Receipt of invoices denotes that our goods have been despatched.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for cut goods or without prior notification. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The suitability of a product is deemed to be the customer’s responsibility, and please note that returns are only accepted for faulty goods. Shipping costs are non- refundable unless the goods are faulty.
We cannot guarantee an exact match without a swatch sample being sent in (to William Gee Ltd, 520 Kingsland Road, London E8 4AH) and therefore can only refund our stocked threads (this does not apply to our specially ordered sewing threads).
For any other reason where returns are acceptable, this will be done at the total discretion of William Gee Ltd and a handling charge of 15% may be made. Under no circumstances should goods be returned without prior discussion with us by calling 020 7254 2451.
