Delivery was perfect, items arrived well packed and exactly as requested (fabric cut into 1m sections rather than continuous).
I was a bit apprehensive about DHL being the delivery company given their trustpilot ratings, but that wasn't an issue at all thankfully.
Cannot praise William Gee highly enough for price, quality and care of packing items, I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I've been going to William Gee's regularly for nearly fifty years, which says it all really. Their cluttered old trade counter was welcoming and efficiently run, but their grand new shop is so cool! Go see them for all your haberdashery.

Not only did they spot and contact me about my erroneous duplicate order at ten to five on a Friday evening, they then dispatched my corrected order in time for it to arrive the following morning, and issued my refund immediately.
I am most impressed with their attention to customer satisfaction.
