Prym Tacking Thread is natural white cotton thread, making it easily breakable for basting textiles, fabric and clothing.
Tacking Thread (also known as basting thread) can be used to baste fabrics together temporarily for trying on –Â instead of securing with pins. Once secured, the fabric can be pinned and finally the garment can be worked on. When the work is completed, the tacking thread is simply removed from the completed seam. Prym Tacking Thread is made from 100% cotton and can easily be unpicked, because of its low tensile strength. The basting thread is available in 200 m length on a plastic roll.
