8 SHOPS 8 DESIGNERS 8 VISUAL DIALOGUES OVER CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR

We are really happy to take part in this “Exchange Series” which is a “festive dialogue between shopkeepers and designers that takes the form of 8 small interventions into the landscape of Dalston’s main high street”.

We are particularly pleased to host the installation by Agi and Sam who are local menswear designers. They have taken pieces of vintage clothing and combined them with their colourful printed textiles to reinterpret the dress of an Edwardin man – offering reference to the Edwardian period in which William Gee established his business in 1906.

You are welcome to see their “EDDIE” in our shop window at 520 Kingsland Road, along with other installations along the road.
